Overview
The Leads List allows you to quickly find leads that need to be worked and immediately get in touch with those people. You can kick off emails from your native email client and create new Activity to-dos and follow-up reminders.
Note: If the Leads List is empty, there’s a chance that your Individual or Group types haven’t been categorized yet. For assistance, contact an administrator at your agency to help set up type categories.

Basics of filters
The Leads List has a panel of filters and a search bar that you can use to find leads. Keep in mind, using more filters returns fewer results. If no data appears, you may be using too many filters, or your filters may not make sense.

- Use the Activities Due filter to show leads that have Activities needing your immediate attention.
